Alive & Kicking South Africa

sa_stitchers_at_work_1.jpgOur first Stitching Centre in South Africa is now operational!

In 2007 three trustees from Alive and Kicking UK travelled to appoint a Managing Director of Alive and Kicking South Africa. They appointed Rukia Cornelius, previously of Treatment Action Campaign, and she started work in October 2007. Already balls are being produced and a health and wellness programme for the stitchers is under way.
